A passionate advocate for diversity and community service, Luis founded “Business Beyond Fronteras,” a BNI group promoting inclusivity, and was President of Voz, Inc., a magazine dedicated to multiculturalism. He is currently involved as a lecturer with the Latino Chamber of Commerce, MN, and Latino Economic Development Center (LEDEC). At the Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW) he is involved as a mentor, as well at the Culture and Inclusion, Communications and Membership Committees, where his efforts reflect a deep commitment to advancing real estate practices and fostering inclusivity in the industry.
In his personal life, Luis is an avid marathon runner, having completed ten marathons and eight triathlons, including two Half Ironman (70.3) events. He enjoys cooking, mainly Spanish, Italian, and Mexican cuisine, further showcasing his appreciation for diverse cultures.
