In his current position, he is responsible for the management and oversight of Moffitt Cancer Center’s vast 775-acre SPEROS FL development in Pasco County. It encompasses a staggering 16 million square feet of planned innovation and economic incubator space at the epicenter of one of the fastest growing communities in the United States.
His specialization in the commercial and healthcare real-estate development markets have enabled local partnerships to hit the ground running on a project that overshadows the footprint of the neighboring and world-renowned Downtown Tampa.
Academically, Casey acquired a dual degree in Business and Public Administration from the esteemed University of New Hampshire, and completed the ECP graduate program at Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, with a focus on Business Strategies. He is currently finishing his Master’s degree at the Hough Graduate School of Business of the University of Florida.
For over 15 years, Casey has been a real-estate and construction development executive. He holds numerous professional licenses, certifications, and designations such as a Florida Class A unlimited General Contractor License, a Real-Estate License and an Inspector License, demonstrating his experience and expertise covering all facets of the industry.
His extensive background as vice president of construction and real-estate development for a multinational, equity development firm has enabled him to leverage his expert knowledge to serve various project types in the commercial, healthcare, and governmental arenas.
As a Florida Native, Casey highly recommends the Tampa Bay area due to their renowned beaches, professional sports teams, fairgrounds, prestigious universities, and abundant sunshine. He believes that this region encompasses everything one could desire, making it a convenient and enjoyable place to live, work, and play.
As a testament to his professionalism and dedication to community-driven initiatives, Casey actively serves on a number of appointed and elected boards, and advisory committees; the most notable of which, as a Fire Commissioner of the Palm Harbor Fire Department, where he has proudly served since 2016.

Outside of work, Casey enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, as well as indulging in cultural cuisine.
