Kim operates as a Realtor, Broker, and Owner of NHB Group Global-Luxury, LLC in Charlotte, North Carolina, anchoring her business in her Christian faith.
With her diverse background, she effortlessly connects with clients of various needs and expertly guides them through complex real estate transactions. Balancing her career and family responsibilities, Kim embarked on her entrepreneurial path early in life. Armed with an AAS degree in Information Systems from Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC) and a BS in Information Technology from Capella University, as well as certifications as a Microsoft Certified Professional and Technology Specialist, Kim proved herself as a proficient professional. Additionally, she holds credentials as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition & Wellness Consultant, along with being a Certified National Language Service Corps Pilot Program Member. Kim fulfills the role of a Vietnamese medical interpreter at two leading hospitals in Charlotte and various doctors’ offices.
Prior to relocating to Charlotte, North Carolina, Kim attended Laguna Hills High School in California and graduated from Fountain Valley High School. Transitioning from the vibrant Orange County, California, to the serene charm of Charlotte, marked a significant change for Kim. Kim grew to appreciate the lush greenery and the distinct four seasons of North Carolina. With the guidance of her aunt, a seasoned real estate agent at Allen Tate, and through her own hard work, Kim and her brother purchased their first home when she was just 19 years old.
