Growing up in Ferguson, Missouri, Tim graduated from St. Louis University High school and earned a Marketing Degree from Missouri State University in 2006. He is from a family of public servants, including his father, grandfathers, brother, cousins, and uncles who serve as firemen and police officers in the St. Louis area. He takes his knowledge and experience with public service and law enforcement very seriously and has a strong passion for collaborating with police officers and firefighters.
Beginning his career in sales in 2000, Tim relocated to Denver in 2006 to serve as a volunteer teacher at Regis Jesuit High School. This experience allowed him to deeply engage with Denver’s lifestyle and culture while maintaining his ties to St. Louis. His extensive knowledge of the challenges and attractions of moving to the “mile-high city” is evident.
Following his volunteer work, Tim returned to sales, spending almost a decade at Park Meadows Mall and Southwest Plaza Mall, where he sold a diverse range of products from footwear to men’s tailored clothing. Later, he transitioned into the jewelry industry, collaborating with Denver’s “friend in the jewelry business,” Tom Shane.
Since embarking on his journey as a realtor in 2020, Tim has dedicated himself to making the home hunting process enjoyable for clients while familiarizing them with the local area. His impressive credentials include Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Expert Listing Agent (CELA) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).
Having shown homes in every corner of the state, Tim credits his success to his adaptability, commitment to customer service, and providing a comprehensive, one-stop-shop experience. He loves to mix humor and fun into any home tour and his energy and passion are infectious.

Happily married, Tim’s wife, Jennifer, is a second-grade teacher at Good Shepherd Catholic School in Denver. In 2019, they welcomed their beautiful daughter, Stella.
In his free time, Tim enjoys baseball, comedy, and spending time with his family. He plays inline hockey and is a casual skier. He is very involved in his community (Craig Hospital, specifically the traumatic brain injury patients) and neighborhood, and he loves to explore local breweries, parks, and meet new people.
