Nick’s journey in real estate is deeply rooted in his upbringing on a family farm in Earlham, Iowa, where he learned the values of honesty and integrity. After moving to Waukee in 2001 and spending 15 years there, he returned to Earlham in 2018, building a new home on family land.
Over the years, Nick has sold over $185 million in real estate and closed more than 700 transactions, showcasing his direct and aggressive approach that has earned him numerous awards and recognition in the industry. From 2010 to 2019 and again in 2021 and 2023, he was honored as a member of the Iowa Realty President’s Club, recognizing the top 25 agents in the company. In 2017, he achieved the #5 rank in the Jordan Creek Office and the #12 rank in Iowa Realty.
Between 2011 and 2018, Nick received the Circle of Excellence Award from the Des Moines Area Association of Realtors. He has been a Volume Award Winner from 2009 to 2022. In April 2023, Nick was ranked #10 out of 50,000 agents nationwide for the most listing units sold with Berkshire Hathaway in April 2023.
