Andrea handles all due diligence matters, works with the title company on any curative issues, reviews surveys, and facilitates closing for all parties to the transaction.

A licensed title agent in Florida, Andrea has extensive knowledge of the land insurance industry. She has driven direct title sales, managed title agencies, and conducted in-depth reviews of risks. Her understanding of compliance has enabled her to transform the processes and techniques businesses use to align structures with regulatory frameworks and effectively manage crises.
With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies from Valdosta State University, Andrea furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration on International Contracts from Regis University. She also attended law school for two years at Mercer University School of Law in Macon.
Professionally, she is a Nationally Certified Paralegal through the National Paralegal Association, a Licensed Florida Title Agent and a Notary in the states of Florida, North Carolina, and Georgia.

She has over three decades of expertise in the commercial, residential, joint venture, and land title sectors, having spoken at numerous organizations to drive the understanding of this complex industry.
