Born in Colombia, Beatriz was offered an opportunity in journalism that broadened her horizons. Ultimately, it led her to relocate to what is known as the “Sun City” due to its stunning beaches, palm trees, and endless blue skies.
Prior to her real estate career, she spent a significant portion of her professional life working for the City of Miami. Beatriz held positions such as Director of Press and Protocol in the Mayor’s Office for the City of Miami, as well as Press and Marketing Director for RCA Records (Hispanic division) and United Stars in the Entertainment Industry.
In 1998, she made the transition into the real estate industry, obtaining her Florida real estate license, and eventually earning the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation. She now leverages her extensive experience to help her clients find their dream homes in South Florida, a paradise that holds tremendous allure for many, including herself.
Throughout her 25+ year career, Beatriz has had the privilege of assisting numerous high-profile individuals, including celebrities from Miami, as well as investors from New York and around the world. This has contributed to her esteemed reputation as a top-selling real estate professional.
