Charlie, a Senior Assistant Property Manager, currently works at Cushman & Wakefield in Bloomington, Minnesota. In his role, he provides invaluable support in overseeing a diverse commercial portfolio spanning approximately 1.7 million square feet across the Greater Twin Cities region. 

During the summer of 2023, Charlie enhanced his skills through an internship at Clarity Commercial’s corporate office, where he played a pivotal role in supporting the management of a diverse commercial portfolio. In December of that same year, he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate Property Management, with a Minor in Business Administration with honors, from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Prior to his current position at Cushman & Wakefield, Charlie gained extensive customer service experience during his seven-year tenure in the restaurant industry. Additionally, he has approximately one year of hands-on experience in home remodeling and reconstruction. 

Demonstrating his commitment to professional development, Charlie actively serves as Co-President of the IREM Student Club since fall 2022, alongside his certification as a Certified Apartment Leasing Professional. He attributes his success to his strong work ethic, upbringing, values, beliefs, family, and mentors.
