Born in Long Beach, Cheryl grew up in the South Bay. She returned to her hometown to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB). Her commitment to professional development is evident through her certifications from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), now known as Innovating Commerce Serving Communities.
