Having lived all over the United States, from Michigan to Connecticut to Georgia (and even Germany), Christie settled in the Tampa Bay area in 2009 in beautiful Saint Petersburg. Then, she and her husband discovered Tampa’s hidden gem tucked away on the east side of Tampa Bay, South Shore.
Purchasing their first home in Ruskin, this is where the Frankensteins have called home since 2010 and where they have raised their three children. Christie has a wealth of knowledge in all things about the area from real estate and beyond; from schools, weekend events and activities, fitness groups, restaurants, shopping, and more.
She got into real estate for the flexibility of the career which would allow her to work on a flexible schedule and still leave time for her children. She now strives to exceed her client’s expectations and has mastered the art of selling homes for top dollar in the least amount of time.
