Attending Shawnee Mission South High School and Colorado State University, Dawn graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development and Family Studies in 1992. Having moved a lot as a child, she made the decision to come back to Overland Park after graduation, and that is where she has been ever since.
After spending 12 wonderful years at home raising her four children, Dawn decided to take on work outside of the home. Real estate was the logical choice for her, as it is something she grew up around.
Licensed since 2013, Dawn has enjoyed getting to know people, truly connecting with each person or family on a more personal level. In 2022, she achieved a significant milestone by representing the buyer in the highest single sales price of the year at $6.7 million!
Holding active real estate licenses in the states of Kansas and Missouri, and leveraging her national Compass referral network, Dawn efficiently serves clients not only locally but nationally.
