In 2000, Dayna and her husband relocated to Toledo Bend when he was transferred by the LA Dept. of Wildlife and Fisheries. Over the years, Dayna has actively contributed to the community as a longstanding member and former Board Member of the Toledo Bend Lake Association, as well as a previous Board Member of the Sabine River Authority of LA. These experiences, coupled with her husband’s position, have allowed her to gain invaluable insights into the lake and its surrounding areas.
After graduating from the Burk Baker School of Real Estate and Appraisal, Dayna joined one of Toledo Bend Lake area’s leading real estate agencies in January of 2006. By obtaining her Broker’s License in August 2008, she paved the way to establish First Choice Real Estate Services in 2011.
Since then, Dayna has assisted several clients in marketing their subdivision developments from the beginning phase, through the application and permitting phases and, of course, the sales of the properties.
Recognized as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and a Top Producer from 2017 to 2021, Dayna has amassed a deep understanding of the real estate industry over nearly two decades. She is committed to delivering exceptional service, ensuring clients have positive and memorable experiences.
Outside of real estate, Dayna volunteers for the Humane Society Sponsor of Sabine Society. In her leisure time, she enjoys hunting and fishing.
