With a background of 15 years in bookkeeping and tax preparation, followed by over two decades in real estate sales, Deborah possesses the requisite experience, marketing expertise, and unwavering commitment to ensure a quick sale. Her comprehensive knowledge of the local area, particularly waterfront properties, is complemented by a proven history of numerous successful transactions.
Fulfilling a lifelong aspiration of becoming a realtor, Deborah forges lasting friendships with many of her clients, living by the motto “Anything you put your hand to, do it right or not at all.”

Born and raised in the Chesapeake Bay Area, Deborah cherishes attending church with her family and indulges in hobbies such as gardening, reading, cooking, visiting the beach, sports carsand boating in her leisure time. She is married to Barry Morgan, also a realtor within her firm. Deborah also has experience as a country music singer and has toured all around Virginia touring with various local bands throughout the years.
Deborah actively volunteers with Mathews Red Cross, serves as a Business Underwriter at Mathews Community Foundation, is a member of Friends of Mathews Memorial Library, a Lifetime member of Mathews Friends of the Laurel Shelter, and contributes as a youth volunteer and member of Beulah Church. She is a past volunteer with Red Cross, as well as a past volunteer with the Code of ethics Committee and code of ethics award winner for her local realty association, the Chesapeake Bay and Rivers Association of Realtors. Lastly, Deborah is a past board member for that organization as well and she is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR).
In addition to her many accomplishments mentioned, Deborah has served as chairman of the entertainment committee and membership committee of her local realty association.
