Representing the Hockessin office, Delisia is the Ambassador for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. In this role, she helps promote, deliver, and implement DEI initiatives and events during the year.
Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Delisia earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern University A&M College. With a 20-year tenure at a Fortune 500 company in various roles, including Engineering, Project Management, and Procurement, she garnered numerous accolades during her time of service.
In 2019, Delisia left the corporate world to pursue her passions for real estate and helping people. Acquiring her real estate license, she joined Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach, benefitting from their world-class training, technology, and mentoring. Rapidly establishing herself, she gained recognition for her monthly sales, receiving most recently, the President’s Circle Award ranking her among the top 5% in her brokerage.
Professionally, Delisia is a Director on the Board of Directors of the New Castle County Board of Realtors. She also serves as Vice-Chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee for the Delaware Association of Realtors. Delisia is a member of the Wilmington Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. where she serves on the Economic Development and Technology committees, as well as a founding member of Redemption Church in Bear, DE.
Happily married to Julius Inge, Delisia has one biological daughter and 4 bonus children. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, listening to podcasts, and engaging in non-physical competitive games.
