Originally from Fredericksburg, Virginia, Drew completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration at the University of Mary Washington in 2006. As a first-generation real estate professional, he obtained his license in 2008 and has since been actively involved in his state and local associations, as well as the National Association.
In 2011 and 2012, Drew held the position of Chair for the Fredericksburg REALTOR® Foundation. In 2012, he played a pivotal role in founding the Fredericksburg Area Association YPN and served as its chair. Additionally, he co-founded the Virginia Association of REALTORS® YPN in 2015 and served as its chair.
With a wealth of experience, Drew has been an active member of the Virginia Association of REALTORS® Information Management Committee since 2012 and the RPAC FBI Committee since 2015. Furthermore, he has been a Director of the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors since 2015 and served as the 2018 President-Elect.
In 2016, Drew received the prestigious Realtor of the Year Award from the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors. Since 2018, he has served as the Chair of the NAR YPN Advisory Committee, a position he has held since joining the committee in 2014.

When he is not working, Drew can be found at Fredericksburg Golds Gym, where he dedicates one night a week to teaching dance cardio classes, specifically BodyJam and Sh’Bam. Additionally, he cherishes moments spent with his husband, Chris.
