He received his education in the esteemed New York City public school system and holds Bachelor and MBA degrees from various branches of the City University of New York. With a solid executive background in the software industry, Ira focused on enhancing customer experience and satisfaction. However, he realized that his skills would be better utilized in a business that involved face-to-face interactions, which led him to enter the world of real estate.
Ira attributes his success to consistency and a well-structured routine. His day begins at 5:00 AM, followed by a workout at the gym by 5:30, and weekday morning Zoom meetings with a very focused group of dedicated agents (usually about 750 agents). He treats real estate with the same commitment as a formal job and takes joy in assisting families in finding their forever homes or guiding them through the next phase of their lives. His efforts cover sales, purchases, rentals and leasing of single family, multiple family houses, as well as condominiums, and co-ops.
