With four decades of dedicated service in various capacities within the real estate industry—ranging from owner and marketer to consultant and real estate broker—Jeffrey brings a wealth of invaluable experience to the table. Previously, he held the position of Vice President of Operations at The Beverage Works NY, Inc., headquartered in Wall, New Jersey. Additionally, he operated his own commercial real estate firm, Brown & Son Realty, serving the New York metropolitan area. 

Furthermore, Jeffrey owned a Butler Franchise in New York City and successfully undertook numerous projects across the city, including notable ventures such as constructing the largest Butler structure ever in New York City (located in Staten Island), managing Visy Paper, a cardboard processing plant, overseeing the ATF headquarters in Brooklyn, and providing secure storage facilities for the DEA.
