Josiah credits his success to a distinctive narrative – despite encountering numerous challenges in the process, he spent four years diligently working to sell a sizable 77-lot residential development. Notably, he went above and beyond by facilitating the off-market sale of his client’s expansive 20-acre undeveloped land to a builder, an achievement that many realtors might have walked away from.
