Originally from Haymarket, Virginia, Kim studied Economics, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree from George Mason University. Before her career in real estate, she worked in web development for eight years in North Virginia, after which she relocated to Naples, having lived there full-time since 1999.
Utilizing her skills and background in finance, technology, contracts, negotiation and marketing, Kim strives to make purchasing or selling a client’s home as pleasurable and stress-free as possible.
Always taught to stay on top of things, she keeps things on a schedule and has a great work ethic. She follows up with all her clients, is always on time, and actually listens to her clients as she feels that communication is key. To her, it is not about the money she earns, but rather about helping others find their dream property.

On a more personal note, she is married to Dean Rose, an insurance advisor with Florida Southern Insurance / Patriot Growth Insurance. Kim and Dean are the proud parents of a son and daughter.
When time allows, Kim enjoys relaxing by the beach and kickboxing classes in the morning before work.
