When a client lists their home with Kit, she offers what she calls the “Best in Class” home sale program. It includes home warranty during the listing period, professional home staging consultation and photographs, 2 hours of landscaping crew “yard clean up”, 2 hours of house cleaning, 2 hours of handyman touch-up and repair work, as well as pressure wash driveway to boost curb appeal.
With over three decades of experience in the real estate industry, Kit has earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation. She has also obtained certifications in Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®), e-PRO®, and At Home with Diversity through the National Association of REALTORS®, and is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club of Lane County.
