Raised in a small town in Southern Virginia, Lynn attended Vanderbilt University to train as an ultrasound technologist. She then worked in many different facets of the ultrasound sector, encompassing educational and sales roles for an ultrasound manufacturer. Her journey led to meeting her husband in 1981. After several relocations, notably spending a significant period in Charlotte, the couple settled in Charleston.
The transition to Charlotte prompted Lynn to consider a career shift, leading her to explore real estate as a compelling option. Obtaining her real estate license in 2004, she officially joined Keller Williams in 2013.
Over her two-decade tenure in the real estate industry, Lynn has facilitated more than 700 transactions spanning across the broader Charleston and Charlotte regions. A highlight in her career has been building lifelong relationships with clients within the community, driven by her professionalism, meticulousness, and commitment to prioritizing the needs of her clients above all else.
When she is not selling houses, Lynn enjoys being outdoors, reading, working out, spending time with her family, and simply savoring life in the Charleston area alongside friends and their beloved puppy, Wiley.
