A Seattle native, Mace began his real estate career at the age of 15 under his father’s guidance, managing/maintaining several multifamily properties in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle in 2001. During college, he sold luxury condos at Lake Merritt on the weekends, and upon graduating from the University of California Berkeley, he launched his career with the largest multifamily developer in San Francisco, Emerald Fund Developers. There, he managed appraisals for new developments in addition to setting pricing for hundred unit multifamily projects.
Returning to Seattle in 2010, Mace continues to maintain his focus on apartments, multifamily, and development; helping buyers to find the investments that best fit their needs and providing sellers with the tools and knowledge for a seamless sale process.
Above all, Mace credits his success to his family’s deep involvement in the industry – his father serves as a commercial broker, his uncle is in development, and his other uncle is an architect. Moreover, he acknowledges the significance of hard work and the long hours he dedicated during his initial steps in the field.
In his spare time, Mace can be found running Green Lake, hitting the slopes or traveling and hiking outdoors.
