With a solid educational background, Nina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public & International Affairs from The George Washington University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Fordham University. She also completed the Program for Management Development at the Harvard School of Business. 

Prior to entering the real estate profession, Nina spent 18 years in the corporate finance sector. She held executive-level management positions with Fortune 500 companies such as M&M/Mars, Supermarkets General Corporation, The Great A&P Tea Company, and The Bank of California, showcasing her strong business acumen and strategic mindset.

As a REALTOR®, Nina upholds the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Her expertise in the luxury market is evident through her sales of properties averaging $750,000 or more, totaling over $75 million. Furthermore, she has facilitated condominium and townhome sales amounting to over $50 million, and has made international sales to foreign purchasers, totaling over $20 million. 

The recipient of numerous certifications and recognitions, Nina has been consistently recognized as a 5-Star Best In Client Satisfaction Award winner since 2007. In 2010, she was named one of Charlotte’s 50 Most Influential Women by the Mecklenburg Times. In 2016, she was recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential Agents in North Carolina by Real Estate Executive Magazine. Nina was awarded the Glenn M. Tucker Trophy by the North Carolina REALTOR® Institute as the 2000 Outstanding Graduating Student.

Nina’s family includes her husband, Christiaan, a retired international banker, two daughters, four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. They are also the parents of furry pets, including a cat named Mr. Marlow and a dog named Bingo.
