Academically, Patrice earned her Associate of Applied Science degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York in 2010. In addition, she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel Merchandising and Product Development from Bowling Green State University in Ohio in 2011.
Known for getting deals closed, Patrice has worked in sales for over a decade and has been in the real estate profession since 2015. She has found that integrity has been the foundation to success, creating-long lasting relationships with clients, and a purpose for doing what she does.
Passionate about her work, Patrice has several certifications with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, including agent team leader, marketing specialist, target marketing specialist, sales specialist, and service specialist.
On a professional level, she is an active member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, Michigan Real Estate Investors Association, and Friendship Circle community work.
Self-determined, focused, and committed, Patrice has faced several hardships in life that have prepared her to strive for success. She credits her accomplishments to her parents, who instilled in her the importance of seeking growth opportunities.

Patrice has authored three books on love, health, and personal style, and is currently working on her fourth book on sales and real estate, donating 10% of each book’s proceeds to charity.
