Born in Merced, California, Quintella was raised in Sacramento while her father was in the military. After completing the Legal Assistant Program at American River College, she made the decision to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area. Her professional journey led her to work at prominent law firms for 25 years, including a legal department at the largest biotech company in South San Francisco. Additionally, she operated a mobile real estate loan signing service. 

In 2006, Quintella made the transition into the real estate field, acquiring her real estate license.

Her extensive legal background equips her with the expertise needed to navigate the intricacies of the selling process, increasing the likelihood of a successful transaction in terms of achieving the right sale price and ensuring a timely completion. Quintella has gained invaluable experience in assisting individuals and families during challenging times, offering the guidance and support they require. Notably, her specialized knowledge extends to various areas, including probate foreclosure, short sales, divorce cases, distressed properties, and bankruptcy proceedings. 

Among her professional designations, Quintella is a Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist, a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, and a Notary Public. She is an expert at solving problems that arise during the transaction in escrow such as federal tax liens, clouded title, judgments, liens, foreclosure sales, mechanic liens, lis pendens etc. and is an excellent negotiator.

Beyond her professional commitments, Quintella is an active community member and takes pride in being a dedicated advocate for seniors and disabled individuals, offering assistance in various capacities. She is also an advocate for women and men who have suffered from domestic violence.

Furthermore, her commitment to serving others is reflected in her membership in the National Association of Realtors, showcasing her dedication and professionalism within the industry.

In 2016, Quintella was interviewed by ABC Channel 7 news reporter Leslie Brinkley “Bay Area Expanding to Megaregion” and again in 2018 “Vineyard Bought for $4000 Up for Sale in Oakley for $5m”. Following her initial interview, she made the decision to serve the expansive Northern California megaregion.

In 2018, Quintella was nominated as an “Inspirator” at ELEVATE’s 3rd Annual Awards Gala, Honoring Diversity & Women’s Leadership in Commercial Real Estate. 

In her personal life, Quintella is in a committed relationship with her significant other and cherishes spending time with her family at various gatherings. Her parents hold a special place as her best friends. She is also a devoted pet parent to two endearing cats, Mr. BooBooTheCat and Blackie, who are her beloved furbabies.

When she is not working, Quintella indulges in her passions, which include shopping, working out, dancing, gardening, cooking, attending jazz concerts and festivals, as well as exploring new destinations through travel.
