Rebecca and Patrick first crossed paths at Windermere in 2006 and officially became business partners in 2008 after two years of collaboration. Their team approach has proven invaluable, particularly during challenging times such as the Great Recession of 2008-2009, the rebound markets in the 2010s, and the recent pandemic. With their adaptability, foresight, and strong work ethic, they have successfully guided numerous clients through the complexities of the real estate landscape, ensuring that their loyal clientele benefit from their extensive experience.
Beginning her career in New Hampshire in 1996, Rebecca quickly established herself as a leader in the field. Within four years, she became the president of the Strafford Board of Realtors and subsequently managed a local Coldwell Banker office. Recognizing that knowledge is power, she dedicated herself to teaching new agents the value of education while preserving ethics and commitment to client service.
Since 2003, Rebecca has been based in Southern Nevada, upholding her high professional standards. Known for her upbeat attitude, she prides herself on her availability and responsiveness to clients, ensuring that every query is addressed promptly. As an expert negotiator, she maximizes her clients’ interests while remaining attuned to market trends.
Rebecca attributes her success to her ability to actively listen to her client’s wants and needs and her robust support network of fellow professionals. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her blended family of four children and two grandchildren, who bring joy to her life. She also loves hiking the scenic trails of Clark County, embracing the vibrant environment of Nevada.
In addition to their real estate successes, Rebecca and Patrick are proud supporters of the Windermere Foundation. They contribute a portion of every commission to local charities and participate in Windermere’s annual Community Service Day.
