In 1982, at the young age of 19, she became the youngest licensed real estate agent in Idaho, embarking on a career that would see her navigate both the challenges and triumphs of the real estate market. “I love working in this community because of the breathtaking natural attractions, like the national forests, fisheries, and the Salmon River,” said Reneé. “It creates a vibrant environment where neighbors support one another, making it a truly wonderful place to call home.”

In 2013, Reneé made the transition to a working cattle ranch in Washington County, Idaho, drawing on her extensive background in managing cattle, horses, crops, and dogs. Her involvement with the U.S. Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, and state agencies on grazing allotments has been instrumental in supporting her clients. “Working with these agencies is a primary asset to clients, helping them navigate through each entity’s process,” she explained.

Reneé’s diverse career has equipped her with a wealth of knowledge that benefits her clients in numerous ways. After becoming licensed, she worked for Safeco Title Company during a challenging time in the real estate market, marketing title policies to lenders. Her career later took her to Hawaii and Northern California, where she trained colts and honed her skills in the National Reined Cow Horse Industry. This experience broadened her network and deepened her appreciation for the agricultural lifestyle.

Upon returning to real estate, Reneé became an appraiser and eventually transitioned to timber procurement, managing a forestry department responsible for sustaining several Oregon mills. This multifaceted background has given her a unique perspective on the intersection of agriculture, land management, and real estate.

Reneé is an advocate for sustainable resource management and believes in empowering her clients to “Say Yes, to What You Love More.” She is actively involved in various agricultural organizations, including the Real Estate Land Institute, Idaho Board of Realtors, Weiser River Cattlemen’s Association, Idaho Wild Sheep Foundation, and Fay Ranches Community Foundation. Her dedication to the agricultural lifestyle is reflected in her work as a trainer for working cow horses and her commitment to helping clients achieve their land ownership dreams.
