Despite this tranquility, the community offers a vibrant array of music, sports, and entertainment, many of which are accessible to all with no admission fees.
Born and raised only two hours away in Virginia, Shenandoah moved to Durham with her husband, Jason, in 2007 for graduate school. After obtaining her Doctor of Philosophy Degree at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, she acted unconventionally and hopped into real estate. Ever since then, she has been building a successful real estate company, based on providing clients solid data from good research, excellent communication, and maintaining the highest standards for service.
Regarding her successful journey, Shenandoah attributes her achievements to several key factors. These include the unwavering support of her husband, and the cultivation of tenacity, work ethic, and resilience. Additionally, her unique intellectual training has allowed her to create strategies that produce superior results for her clients, boosting her into the top 1% of agents in the NC Triangle Area.
When she is not working, Shenandoah loves exercising, going to art museums, and reading uplifting books. She lives with Jason, a psychologist and Duke University researcher, and two daughters in Chapel Hill.
