One of his notable achievements occurred in the year 2000 when he founded the first internet company to develop a virtual desk, including applications that later became widely used on social networking platforms like Facebook and YouTube. In addition to his impact in the digital realm, Toyin boasts over 25 years of experience in investment and financial management. He served as a manager in the auto industry and held the positions of President at First American Financial Group and First Financial Guaranty from 1991 to 1998. During this time, he spearheaded the development of mortgage and investment products, managing a workforce of over 100 employees and leaving a lasting impression on the financial sector.
Between 1999 and 2003, as Chairman and President of T & S Investments, Inc., Toyin further diversified his portfolio and expanded his influence. From 2003 to 2007, he founded and chaired Guaranty Investment Corporation, playing a pivotal role in the development of over 300 residential and commercial properties in Southern California, generating revenue exceeding $50 million USD.
Notably, in 2007, Toyin led a technical and management team in creating Difron, an innovative internet device that transmitted video from the internet to the television. This showcased his unwavering commitment to pushing the boundaries of technology.
In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Toyin has delved into the real estate industry as a licensed real estate broker by the California Department of Real Estate. His success has been recognized through nominations and awards, including the Achievement in Technical Ingenuity Award in 2003 and the N.A.A.C.P. Freedom Fund Award in 2005.
