With a career in the real estate industry since 1990, Twila possesses extensive knowledge and experience in property management, on-site management, maintenance, and portfolio management. She is dedicated to her clients and tenants, demonstrating a genuine commitment to their needs.
Transitioning from a career in the medical field, Twila sought a profession that allowed for more active involvement in raising her children, leading her to onsite management. In this role, she acquired diverse management skills, including maintenance, and found joy in attending classes to learn handyman repairs. During this period, she also served as a help desk, traveling to various properties to train managers on procedures, company-wide training, and accounting systems. Progressing through large property management roles, Twila eventually entered portfolio management, where she realized her knowledge and capability to establish her own property management company.
In addition to her role in property management, Twila, along with her husband, co-owns a local general contractor business. Managing two family-owned and operated businesses, she takes pride in cultivating enduring relationships, prioritizing tenant care, maintaining open communication channels, and fostering a trusting environment and community.
Holding both an Oregon Property Management License and a General Contractor’s License for the state of Oregon, Twila showcases her commitment to professional excellence in her dual roles.
In her personal life, Twila finds joy in her Delta Project Fitness community, viewing fitness as a fulfilling outlet. Additionally, she travels to support her son’s quest to achieve the title of “Strongest Man in the World” in CrossFit. Together, they take pleasure in the companionship of their small pack of miniature Dachshunds.
