Over a span of more than thirty-five years, Will has served in various capacities within the community, including areas such as construction, codes enforcement, education/training, inspections, and public safety within the EMS, Fire, and Law Enforcement fields. Additionally, he has humbly dedicated his time to various locally and nationally based non-profit groups and initiatives. Through his extensive personal and professional experiences in these fields, Will has cultivated a vast network of service professionals, industry leaders across the nation, and various international partners ready to assist where needed.
Having authored/co-authored articles and courses for the fire service, Will has also developed a course within the real estate industry addressing the liabilities for realtors in relation to property inspections, titled “Avoiding The Risk.” Presently, he is in the process of completing a comprehensive course bearing the same name. This course is intended to be submitted to the N.C. Real Estate Commission for approval to be instructed for Continuing Education (CE) hours. Will is also a coach/mentor for eXp Realty who is currently re-writing the playbook on how mentors instruct their agents who are new to the North Carolina Real Estate Industry.
Deeply rooted in faith, Will attributes his achievements to a higher power, giving credit to God for his successes and expressing gratitude for all experiences in his life. Honesty and absolute integrity are fundamental aspects of his character, allowing him to view himself objectively.

When he is not orchestrating solutions for his client family, Will takes pleasure in quality time with his wonderful daughter and son. His natural inclination leads him to savor outdoor activities, and he is passionately involved with several charitable organizations. These include the North Carolina and National Fallen Firefighter Foundations, along with active participation in The Mighty Oaks Foundation. The latter focuses on enhancing the mental and physical health and well-being of military and public safety members, as well as their families.
